- Simply browse through our website until you have found what you are looking for.
- Once you have found the products you require, simply click the 'add to cart' button. If you have already registered, you will be prompted to log in. If you are a new customer, you will have to register as a shopper on our website. (You will only be required to register all your details once. Please Note: You are not required to enter any credit card details on the registration page.) If you can’t find what you are looking for, please contact us.
- You may continue shopping and add numerous products to your cart. To view the contents of your cart at any time, click ‘view cart’ on the top of the page. Once you are satisfied with the products in your cart, and would like complete the order, click 'checkout'.
- From here you will proceed to the 'checkout page' where you will need to confirm all details and select a payment method. You can pay by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners) or by bank transfer. All our credit card payments are facilitated by the VCS payment gateway.
- Once you have confirmed the order, you will receive a copy of the sales order via e-mail. The sales order will contain a unique order number.
- Once the order is placed, the status of the order will read 'Pending - Awaiting Approval'. Once the payment has been received the status will change to 'Confirmed - Payment Received'. Once the goods are ready for dispatch / ready for collection, the status changes to 'Ready For Dispatch' 'Ready For Collection'. Finally, when the goods are shipped or collected, the status changes to 'Shipped' or 'Collected'. You will receive regular status updates via email or sms (depending on your selection). You can select status updates via email or sms.
- Once the order has been dispatched from our offices, you will receive the tracking number, and will be able to track the parcel until it reaches its destination!
